Refund Policy
We stand behind purchases made on VibeCode.market. Here’s how refunds work.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if any of the following apply:

  • You cannot access your purchase after reasonable troubleshooting.
  • The downloaded file is corrupted or contains malicious content.
  • The product materially misrepresents its contents or promised deliverables.

Bounty refunds

  • Before acceptance: you may cancel and request a refund.
  • After acceptance: refunds are limited to non-delivery, material breach, or policy violations.
  • Submit disputes within 7 days of acceptance with evidence; partial refunds may be offered.
  • Platform or payment processing fees may be non‑refundable unless required by law.

What we may ask for

  • Your order details (email, tool name, purchase date, receipt).
  • Brief description and any relevant screenshots or error logs.

Process and timing

  • Contact support via our Support page; we typically respond within 72 hours.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
  • In some cases, we may offer to restore access or provide a corrected file as an alternative remedy.
  • Payouts to creators are handled via Stripe Connect. Funds are transferred to the creator’s Stripe account upon successful payment; bank payouts follow Stripe’s schedule and may be subject to Stripe holds or reviews.

Limitations

  • We reserve the right to investigate abuse and deny refunds in cases of misuse.
  • Our liability is limited to fees paid for the affected purchase, as further detailed in our Terms.

Security and verification

Payments are processed by Stripe. We verify purchases server-side and may delay access briefly to protect buyers and creators. For malware or policy violations, we may temporarily quarantine files while we investigate.
